Updates reflect the evolution of the WHY-WHO-HOW-WHEN Framework, new industry developments, expanded S-Series coverage, and improvements to output formats.

Why We Publish Our Pricing — And What We Promise
We know what it is like to be on the other side of a vendor pricing conversation in the IPS market. The number in the proposal bears only a passing relationship to the number on the final invoice. Base licences that do not include the modules you actually need. Annual support contracts that escalate beyond the original agreement. Mandatory version upgrades that arrive with new pricing just as your programme has budgeted for the year. Features that were included in the version you bought, quietly moved behind a new tier in the next release. We have watched this happen to clients. IPS Toolkit works differently.
What You See Is What You Pay
Every price on this page is the real price. There is no base licence that requires additional modules to be functional. There are no mandatory add-ons. The tool you purchase does what it says it does at the price shown.
Your Perpetual Licence Never Changes
Once you have purchased a Compass or Desk Officer licence that licence covers the tool as it exists at the time of purchase — permanently. We will never withdraw functionality from a version you have paid for or require you to upgrade to maintain access to features you already own.
Updates Are Optional and Openly Priced
When we release an update we will tell you what is in it, why it matters, and exactly what it costs — before you decide whether to buy it. Update pricing is published on this page. If the update does not add value to your programme do not buy it. Your existing licence is completely unaffected.
New Modules Are Additive Not Extractive
If we develop new IPS Toolkit components they will be offered as genuinely new capability — not features extracted from existing tools and repackaged at additional cost. Existing licence holders will never find that something they already had has been moved into a new paid tier.
Volume Pricing Is Fixed and Published
The band pricing on this page is the pricing. We do not negotiate different rates for different customers behind closed doors. Every organisation at the same seat count pays the same price. That is fair and we believe you deserve to know it.
We Will Tell You When Pricing Changes
If we ever change our pricing for new purchases we will announce it publicly and give reasonable notice. We will never change pricing mid-negotiation or apply a new price to a quote that has already been issued.
This is not how most software vendors in this market operate. We know that. It is precisely why we are saying it explicitly. You should be able to plan and budget for IPS Toolkit as a known cost. We intend to keep it that way.
What You Should Know Before You Buy
Your licence never expires.
A perpetual licence is exactly that. Perpetual. Your tools work on the day you buy them and they will still work in ten years. We will never force an upgrade and we will never withdraw functionality from a version you have paid for.
Updates are optional.
When we release an update you will know what is in it and why it matters before you decide whether to buy it. If the update does not add value to your programme, do not buy it. Your existing licence is unaffected.
We have no vendor relationships.
IPS Toolkit produces outputs in neutral formats that work with every major CSDB and authoring platform. We do not receive fees, commissions, or kickbacks from any software vendor. Our pricing reflects the value of the tools — nothing else.
Every training course includes a toolkit licence.
